Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By registering for or using Nipuno, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have the consent of a parent or guardian, where applicable) and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of service

Nipuno, operated by Karthikeya HR Services Private Limited, helps customers find local skilled professionals and businesses, and helps professionals become discoverable by nearby customers. Nipuno facilitates the connection between customers and providers but is not itself a party to any service agreement between them.

3. Accounts and verification

Providers must complete identity verification, including submitting valid identification and a selfie, before their profile becomes publicly visible. Businesses may be asked for additional documentation. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against other users
• Attempt to bypass or interfere with our verification or trust systems

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Membership and fees

Providers may use Nipuno free for an initial trial period, after which continued visibility may require a paid membership plan, as described on the platform at the time. Membership fees do not affect a provider's verification status, trust score, or search ranking — these are based on verification, completed jobs, and genuine reviews.

6. Limitation of liability

Nipuno facilitates introductions between customers and service providers but does not perform, supervise, or guarantee the services delivered by providers. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Nipuno nor Karthikeya HR Services Private Limited is liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from services performed by providers listed on the platform. Users are encouraged to exercise their own judgment when engaging any provider.

7. Termination

You may stop using Nipuno at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to other users.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time as our services evolve. Continued use of Nipuno after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
