Who appears in search
A professional is shown only when all five are true.
Identity verified
Our team has checked their ID document and approved the profile.
Free trial or a plan is active
Any plan. A higher plan never places anyone higher.
Matches the search
The service itself, one of its other names, or a skill on their profile.
Available
Not paused, and not on a day off they set in Settings.
Account in good standing
Not suspended and not closed.
The order customers see
Results are sorted by three rules, one after another. A later rule only matters when the earlier ones are equal.
Distance
Straight-line distance from the customer’s pincode to the professional’s work location. Closer comes first.
Search looks within 5 km first. Only when fewer than 3 professionals match does it widen to 15 km, then 50 km. Customers can also choose their own distance.
Profile completeness
Used only between professionals at exactly the same distance, and for professionals found by pincode until their map location is set.
A fixed, neutral order
If everything else is equal, a fixed order that has nothing to do with joining date, plan or payment.
Never used to rank
None of these move a professional up or down in the default order.

Keep your trial or plan active, unpause when you can take work, and add days off in advance.

It decides ties in search, and customers read it before they choose.

Common questions
Can I pay to appear higher?
No. No plan, payment or advert changes the order.
Does a higher plan rank higher?
No. Every plan, and the free trial, follows the same rules.
Why am I not showing for a customer?
Check that your trial or plan is active, your profile is not paused, today is not a day off, and the customer is within the search distance of your work location.
Do ratings matter?
Not in the default order. Customers can sort or filter by rating, and Quick Requests go to the highest rated first.
