Nipuno
A message for every skilled person in India

India is full of talent. So why does most of it stay invisible?

A skilled worker in India

I've walked through streets across this country, and on almost every one, I've met someone truly good at what they do — an electrician who can fix anything, a tailor who stitches perfectly the first time, a cook better than any restaurant, a tutor who explains things no school ever could.

But almost none of them are known outside their own street. Not because they aren't good enough — but because nobody ever gave them a way to be found.

That's the real problem. Not a shortage of talent — a shortage of visibility.

Every day, somewhere in India, a genuinely skilled person sits idle — not for lack of work, but because the person who needs them doesn't know they exist. And nearby, a family struggles to find someone reliable, not realizing the right person is just a few streets away.

This is happening in every city, every town, every village — right now.

Nipuno exists to fix exactly this. Not to replace what you do — but to make sure the world can find you doing it.

It doesn't matter how big or small your skill is. If you can do something well, you deserve to be found by the people who need exactly that. You don't need to already be famous or have hundreds of customers — just a real skill, and the willingness to be found.

If that's you, I'd genuinely love for you to join us.
